I support couples and relational systems in understanding and shifting patterns that contribute to distress, disconnection, and conflict. I approach relational difficulties through the belief that all ways of responding to the world are adaptive at one time; problems arise when those responses cannot evolve to meet new contexts, relationships, or stages of life. My work focuses on identifying what is not working now, understanding how current patterns once served an important purpose, and exploring new ways of relating that support emotional safety, flexibility, and connection—both in and out of session with practical next steps.
