Now more than ever, we need a safe space where we can be truly seen, supported, and empowered. As your therapist, I am honored to create this space and to work together on the lasting changes you want to make. I bring over 17 years of counseling experience and I enjoy working with people in many stages of life, from children (ages 6+) to adults. I also work with couples who are looking for help with relationship issues. I take a holistic approach, so I draw on a wide variety of tools, including: internal family systems (IFS), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic work.
