Healing trauma and attachment is my passion. It is my job to partner with you while we work to improve your relationship with yourself, and in turn with those around you. I am the agent to hold stress and tension with you as we work together to move past self-preservation and into healing. With specialized training in complex trauma, attachment, abuse, and adoption I work with all individuals (adults and children), and families through a variety of psychotherapy approaches determined by your needs. I work with all ages and stages of life. I completed my Bachelors and Masters Degree in Social Work at Colorado State University. I have extensive experience with family systems. I have received expert consultation in treating complex developmental trauma, attachment, abuse/neglect and parenting support. At my practice we have a handful of like-minded individuals that can also help you!
