I have been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have worked with individuals, couples (Gottman Method), families, and groups. I have helped people work through issues related to anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress related issues and relationship problems. My goal is to help empower people to work through difficult times and often provide some new skills to cope when life gets rocky.
