Whether you are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, or navigating a major life transition, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where healing can begin. I recognize that each client is unique, with their own background, experiences, and goals. That’s why I utilize a client-centered approach, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the individual needs and strengths of the person I’m working with. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy trauma-informed care, and EMDR. I work with pre-teens, teens, adults, couples, older adults, and families—with a particular focus on those impacted by trauma, including military service members, veterans, first responders, and their loved ones.
