I value the mind-body connection and can use a body-oriented approach to help you navigate how mental health symptoms manifest in the body, how trauma shows up in a dysregulated nervous system, and how we can cultivate relationships with our bodies to reconnect with the present through mindfulness, imagination, and play. I offer knowledgeable and affirming relationship and identity support to queer, trans, kinky, and polyamorous clients. I'm a nonbinary lesbian who is passionate about serving LGBTQIA+ clients.
