My ideal client is one who is seeking greater happiness and fulfillment in life. This person is dissatisfied, stuck, insecure, afraid, stressed or tired. The client has the answers within but has difficulty accessing them. I am here to help with that process. Depression, grief and/or anxiety are usually present in clients who struggle to "fit" into life. My job is to guide the client in making necessary changes they desire. I want to empower the individual vs. telling them what to do. Often trauma, intergenerational issues, addictions, abandonment/loss are part of the problem I need to address.
