Over the last 8 years of working as a therapist, I've seen and experiencing everything. From children struggling in the schools, to woman struggling with everyday life problems, I've realized one thing that they have in common-hope. Hope is important when coming to therapy. You are hoping to feel better; you are hoping to come to become a new person. I want us to work on how we treat ourselves allows others to treat us in the same way. My goal as a therapist is to help you help yourself. As a Reality therapist, I focus on your current relationships and conflicts. This type of therapy doesn't really focus on the past unless it is trying to connect some sort of pattern of behavior.
