I work with individuals, 18+, who are looking for a trusted, compassionate partner to embark on their healing journey with. I work collaboratively, inclusively, and always with a holistic, trauma-informed lens. I focus on (complex) trauma / (C)PTSD, DID & other dissociative disorders, and addressing a variety of related symptoms from repeated/chronic trauma (including organized & extreme abuse). Whether you are brand new to therapy or are someone who’s tried various other approaches without success, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
