Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist providing care in-person at my Sacramento office and vis telehealth across California. I have a deep passion for helping individuals, couples, and families move toward healing. I enjoy working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, self-esteem, identity issues and LGBTQ+ populations. I know that life can throw a lot at us, and the impact of those challenges can affect our relationships, mental health, and sense of self. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.
