Getting into the field in July 2020 has given me a unique set of skills to assist individuals through a range of adversity and trauma. During this time, I've worked with a variety of populations in different clinical settings to gain a wide array of experience. My focus primarily being with adolescents and adults undergoing major life transitions and/or relationship/familial challenges. With you as my guide, we will find the resources you need together. My approach is gentle, warm, and supportive as I assist you to develop tools to cope with your stressors and identifying ways to reduce their impact on your daily life.
