Cassidy is Insights, Colorado Assessment and Therapy's Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate. She received her undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University in human development and family science with a focus on psychology. She completed her master’s degree from National University where her studies allowed her to specialize in marriage and family therapy. She is passionate about growing her knowledge and experience in the mental health field and furthering her ability to support couples, children, and adolescents through the many life transitions that are sure to be endured. Cassidy focuses on helping her clients foster healthy communication styles, break toxic and harmful patterns, and develop healthy differentiation and autonomy to promote healthy relationships and boundaries.
