While I welcome anyone, I have particular experience helping adolescents and young adults navigate major developmental changes and life transitions. I enjoy working with depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and existential concerns, but I tailor my approach to each client’s needs. I collaborate with clients to create personalized goals that reflect their vision of healing and foster a safe, supportive environment for growth.
