My ideal client is someone who feels like the "black sheep" of their family who often feels misunderstood or left out. They are seeking clarity, connection, and healing. Many of my clients are children or teens struggling with emotional regulation, OCD, anxiety, or depression, and I work closely with them to create achievable, individualized goals that match their pace and needs. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore difficult emotions and begin to build a stronger sense of self.
