I believe that therapy is a process of sharing expertise and experience- you share your expertise and experiences from your life with me, I share my expertise and experiences with mental health and emotional well-being with you, & together we help you develop tools and strategies needed to live your best life. I have extensive experience working with children & families, survivors of abuse/neglect/trauma, ADHD, anxiety/depression. I work with LGBTQ+ youth & adults, & help caretakers of LGBTQ+ youth learn how to support a child questioning their identity.
