Finding, and accepting, your authentic self takes some work, and it gets messy. It can be even more difficult to show up as that person consistently. We are constantly receiving messages about who we are supposed to be; not everything happens the way we hope and the pressure to reach our goals as quickly as possible is difficult. I strive to create a safe place for you to work through these feelings and the heavy decisions that come with big life transitions.
