Greetings! I'm Cassie (she/they), and I would describe myself as a nurturer who strives to create a therapeutic space for all ages where you can feel safe and seen. I am trained in Art Therapy, as well as Play Therapy. If you are struggling to manage emotions, feeling lost, misunderstood, you've come to the right place. Times are changing, as are our every day circumstances. It would be a privilege to serve you in these turbulent times, to provide a small haven. I believe the capacity to heal or grow is within us already, and the therapeutic relationship can reminds us of our own strength.
