Whether you're experiencing self-doubt or low confidence, relationship issues, difficulties with communication or boundaries, life transitions, impacts from past trauma, or struggling to understand and cope with emotions, you do not have to face this alone. I specialize in working with low self-esteem, PTSD, and anxiety, and I’m passionate about supporting those impacted by sexual and/or domestic violence. I take an anti-oppressive approach to therapy, recognizing the various forms of discrimination, inequality, and power that shapes the way we relate to ourselves and the world around us, and our abilities to grow and heal.
