When dealing with any type of mental health issues, it can be frustrating and terrifying. When you’re going through it, you feel completely overwhelmed and exhausted. It’s also lonely – for good reason… because you don’t tell other people what’s going on. Who knows what they’d say, and you definitely don’t want them judging you. When you do tell others, it seldom helps. They mean well, but they inevitably say something that hurts your feelings. You lean on friends and family for support, but they make you want to pull your hair out! All this uncertainty and misery isn’t helping, but there’s no clear way around it.
