I have been a psychotherapist for 15 years, specializing in individual and couples therapy for adults. I practice primarily from a psychodynamic approach with emphasis on the immediate, relational aspects of treatment. I work to build safety, trust, and intimacy between us so that we can explore the deeper patterns that may be affecting your life. I also incorporate a trauma-informed lens to help clients better understand and transform the effects of past events. I specialize in working with both acute and complex trauma, and understand the gravity of social trauma and the insidious ways that oppression can hinder us.
