I provide outpatient therapy services to children, adults, and families. My goal is to build positive, authentic relationships with individuals and/or families to support and guide them through life’s stresses, past trauma, or other current concerns or issues. These include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, school concerns, grief/loss, relationships, trauma, and women’s issues (including infertility, abortion, perinatal loss, etc.). With my experience in working with children and families, I know the importance of involving parents in the therapeutic process. Through this teamwork, we can support your child with their stressors and utilizing appropriate coping skills to promote a better level of functioning.
