Pulling from person-centered, narrative, anti-oppression, ACT, humor, DBT, logotherapy, and existential theories to assist in processing our inner and outer world while designing a tool kit to align actions and values. Not using treatment to dismiss or ignore injustice, learning ways to “dance in the moonlight” in spite of the darkness.
