In my practice, I provide individual and group counseling for children and adolescents (ages 6-17), and I support their parents and/or guardians as part of the therapeutic process. Additionally, I am now accepting new adult clients on a limited basis (Sunday and afternoon/evening telehealth appointments.) My style is collaborative and compassionate, and I approach therapy as a partnership. Each individual is equipped with their own unique characteristics, strengths, and perspectives. I believe in setting goals together with my clients, and I support making adjustments along the way if that will help facilitate progress. People come to therapy for all kinds of reasons, and I offer support in a variety of areas. Common reasons that people see me include: anxiety, depression, adjustment issues and life transitions, trauma and trauma-related stress, low self-esteem or self-worth, lack of motivation or connectedness, behavioral struggles, and unwanted habits.
