Hello! I was born and raised in a small town in Georgia and I love the color pink. My favorite anime is Attack on Titan. I help clients by utilizing person centered techniques where, together, we work on goals related to presenting concerns while incorporating general health/wellness (i.e., sleep, medication regimen, exercise, nutrition, self care, etc.).
