I am accepting new clients for Monday and Wednesday sessions. I strive to create a safe, collaborative, empathic environment where we can work together and I can support you in addressing challenges and making changes across a broad range of the issues with which life can confront us. I have a warm and relational style with my clients and participate in sessions while also allowing enough space for you to explore your own thoughts. My emphasis is on compassion, non-judgement, and growth in order to best support the needs of my clients and help them to make effective and healthy changes in their lives.
