Welcome! My name is Cat and I am honored that you are visiting my page. I believe in providing a holistic approach to therapy that honors the many different intersections each person has, so I'm excited to learn more about you and your needs to be able to tailor your sessions specifically to you. I work with a range of presentations including anxiety, depression, substance use, identity development, neurodivergence, and life transitions, as well as those who have complex trauma histories. I am currently providing individual and couples counseling. My passion for therapy lies in making treatment accessible for all populations. I have experience and enjoy working with clients with LGBTQIA+ identities and neurodivergence, including clients with Autism and other developmental disabilities. My approach to therapy includes influences from Attachment Theory, Feminist Theory, and Person-Centered Theory.
