It's a gift to get to support folks through big life changes & challenging times, whether it's deconstructing from a high-control religion, coming out (even to oneself) as queer or trans, exploring new relationship structures like ethical non-monogamy / polyamory, and/or starting to understand oneself through the lens of neurodiversity. I also enjoy helping folks identify new coping skills to reduce reliance on self-injury or disordered eating. I love getting to know my clients, reflect their strengths back to them, and partner with them to take steps to building a life that feels aligned with their values and dreams.
