Everyone deserves to feel heard and validated, without fear of judgment. Using cognitive-behavioral, emotions-focused, and family systems therapies, I aim to meet you where you are for support. I utilize a family-systems and cognitive-behavioral lens to assist my clients in understanding the "why" of who they are. We will then work collaboratively to change what my clients wish to change in their lives, and accept what is necessary. I value taking a personalized approach with each of my clients, as I feel our individual uniqueness is essential to the core of ourselves. I received my Education Specialist degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling. I am certified in Level One Gottman Method Couples Counseling, and have received my National Certified Counselor designation from the NBCC. I have experience working with college students, adolescents, and adults, and specialize in the treatment of ADHD and anxiety.
