I fully understand how overwhelming life can be at times, and believe that everyone can benefit from reflective and compassionate support. I believe that therapy is not "one-size fits all", therefore I tailor the process to the unique needs of each client. However, at the core of all of my work is a strengths-based approach. Sessions focus on self-awareness, altering negative thoughts, self-esteem building, and challenging my clients in a non-judgmental and empathetic way. My passion is working with teenagers and adults.
