I support parents and caregivers of children who have experienced trauma, including child sexual abuse, problematic sexual behaviors (PSB), or other overwhelming events. Caregivers often feel anxious, confused, or unsure how to help their child heal—especially when they are also coping with their own trauma reactions. I provide steady guidance, compassion, and practical tools to help families restore safety and hope. I also support adults and teens facing anxiety, depression, grief, emotional abuse, life transitions, burnout, and relationship challenges, helping them feel grounded and empowered again.
