I work as a team with clients exploring current issues and how mind and body are interconnected. I believe when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, they are free to experience change. I utilize an eclectic, client-centered approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectic Behavioral techniques, Solution-Focused, and Psycho-education. I specialize in working with teens and young adults age 12 and older; treating anxiety disorders, adjustment issues/life changes/transitions, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, relationship/peer issues, & depression.
