Hi! My name is Catani Redding and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. My primary approach to therapy is assisting each client with creating holistic balance in various areas of their lives. When there's an imbalance in one area, it often creates or leads to imbalances in other areas. These imbalances trigger unhealthy stress, anxiety, depression, and other mood-related disorders.
