Whether you're struggling with anxiety, facing a major life transition, feeling disconnected from yourself, or searching for meaning, I offer a grounded, supportive space to help you move from where you are, to where you want to be. I help individuals and families build practical skills to understand, manage, and work through life’s challenges. Together, we work toward creating more consistent routines, reducing conflict, and strengthening family bonds. I also support clients in exploring their attachment patterns and understanding how these influence relationships. Through this process, we identify ways to adjust unhelpful patterns and build strong, supportive connections.
