My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you begin your healing journey. I specialize in working with individuals impacted by trauma, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. I draw from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help clients heal from past experiences, build emotional resilience, and reconnect with themselves.
