I am honored to walk alongside my clients on their journey, providing guidance, support, encouragement, and a strong knowledge of evidenced-based therapeutic interventions and skills to aid in growth and healing. I believe in using the personal strengths each client brings into therapy rather than focusing on pathology and diagnosis. Thus, I use a person-centered, trauma-informed, eclectic style in order to tailor my interventions to best fit the needs and goals of each individual client. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health and specialize in working with pregnant and postpartum women as well as women's issues, in general. Challenges such as these may include, navigating the perinatal period (conception through the first year of after birth), mothering, mood and anxiety symptoms/disorders, mom rage, life transitions, and grief.
