Caterin Munguia, LCSW. I approach each therapy room with an open mind. I like to listen to the clients needs and goals in order to help me create a treatment plan that works for them. Each treatment plan is individualized to each client. The approach that i like to use in therapy is the Rogerian approach it focuses on creating a non-judgmental, empathetic environment that encourages clients to express themselves freely. By prioritizing unconditional positive regard and active listening, therapists help clients explore their feelings and experiences, facilitating personal growth and self-acceptance.
