Caterina Frollano, LPC, specializes in treating adults and adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders, eating disorders, trauma, women’s health concerns, multicultural identity development, and life transitions. She has extensive experience with international populations, including international students, and is fluent in Italian. Caterina uses an integrative approach drawing from DBT, CBT, psychodynamic, and culturally informed therapies. Caterina has advanced training in prenatal and postpartum mental health as well as parenting coaching.
