You are not alone! I want you to know that. I spent years fumbling in the dark too. I read self help books and went to general therapy. Let’s change that up for you! I specialize in working with clients on Divorce, Co-Parenting, and Relationship Coaching (including dating). Half of my practice is working in the Maine legal system as a Guardian Ad Litem or Coparent Mediator. I have supported over 500 clients in their divorce transition. Trauma informed; I help men and women break-free of toxic and codependent relationships. Using both coaching techniques (NLP, mindset) and therapy (IFS, CBT); you will receive the support, knowledge and skills you need. My style is that we are partners in breaking through what is holding you back from having fulfilling relationships!
