I create an environment that is conducive to healing through cultivating open communication and trust. I respect and value the individuality of my clients, working on the goals that they choose to set. Through self-exploration, understanding and deepened insight, I believe that individuals can heal and foster change. I choose to work with teens and adults, including geriatric individuals. I have many years of experience in working with folks struggling with depression, anxiety, mood irregularities, personality disorders, trauma, perinatal mood disorders and grief/loss. I run groups for individuals struggling with mood disorders, grief/loss and elder issues.
