I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for you to tell your story. I am easy-going and work to empower my clients to heal through compassion, empathy, respect, and laughter (who doesn’t need a good laugh these days?). I have 15 years of experience working with adults, couples, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem, parenting, life transitions, family conflict, and boundaries. I integrate mindfulness and somatic (mind-body) techniques and I am trained in EMDR, ART, and Sandtray Therapy.
