I am an institute trained psychotherapist, working integratively, within a contemporary, relational, psychodynamic orientation. After more than two decades of practicing in New York City, I am now located in Western Massachusetts and remain licensed in NY and also VT. For me, at the heart of a relational, psychodynamic, approach is my effort to strive to meet people where they are and make the work understandable and accessible based on who you are. I respect and build upon the ways in which I am invited to join and help expand psychic space, so that areas which are troubling can be demystified, transformed and feel less daunting.
