I keep up to date with the latest research in psychotherapy and brain neurology and substance abuse, depression, anxiety, unstable personal or work relationships. I am trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization reprocessing) which is the only non-medicinal therapy in effectively treating trauma and post traumatic stress disorder.
