My approach to treatment begins with learning about you as an individual and gaining an understanding of your objectives and timeline for achieving these goals. My approach is individualized, pulling from your strengths to develop a strategy which empowers you to reach these goals. Not only do I work with those who may misuse substances or alcohol and who often struggle with mental health issues, but I work with close family members and significant others who have been impacted by this use, helping them better understand what they can and cannot do to help their loved ones and themselves.
