You may be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns that no longer serve you—around substances or gambling, anxiety, low mood, past experiences, identity, relationships, shame, intrusive thoughts, or people-pleasing. I work with adolescents and adults and bring experience from residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient settings. My goal is to offer you a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, make sense of your experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.
