Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida and Washington State. I have a degree in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of South Florida. I have additional training in Accelerate Resolution Therapy, experiential therapy, emotion focused therapy. I have been in private practice for over 5 years. I previously worked with veterans and individuals in the criminal justice system. I have experience working with adults, couples, families and adolescence as young as 14.
