For over 20 years, I have assisted children, teens, adults, and families presenting with trauma, emotional dysregulation, behavioral issues, anger, grief/loss, anxiety, and depression by utilizing trauma-informed and strengths-based interventions to promote understanding and resilience. My belief is that we already possess the healing power of emotional, mental, and energetic/spiritual well-being yet need guidance towards this discovery.
