Welcome and thank you for your interest in my practice. I have worked for 40 years with individuals and families who have experienced or are currently struggling with relationship issues, trauma, codependence and/or substance use. Seeking therapy requires courage, and it would be my honor to work with you to offer a safe and caring place for you and your family to talk about yourselves, your lives, and the things in your lives that you would like to improve on. Together we can collaborate to use our strengths to help solve problems and achieve important goals.
