Welcome! My name is Catherine Jaeger, LMFT and I have been practicing in California as a licensed therapist for over 17 years. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Cal State Fullerton and have dedicated my work to helping young adults step into a brighter, more hopeful future. I understand the unique challenges this stage of life can bring—from navigating relationships to making big life decisions—and I’m here to offer guidance, support, and encouragement every step of the way. In our first session, I will go over a brief introduction and then begin exploring the concerns you would like to addresss. As we build rapport I will begin to establish a specific treatment plan to help with those specific challenges.
