Hi! I'm Catherine! I am a relationship therapist, licensed in Illinois and Utah, and Board Certified Coach who is passionate about helping you improve your connections with the ones you love, as well as the relationship you have with yourself. I have experience in both private practice and hospital-based mental health care. I love working with individuals looking to retake control of their lives, premarital couples who want to understand themselves and each other on a deeper level and feel confident going into their marriage and in working with pregnant and postpartum women and families in any stage of the journey to parenthood.
