I love being a social worker! With over 40 years of experience helping people from all walks of life, I’ve seen how much positive change is possible. My approach is flexible, nonjudgmental, and focused on creating a safe, supportive space for self-discovery. I specialize in guiding individuals and families through life transitions—such as changes in relationships, work, health, and aging. I’ve also taught healthcare professionals how to communicate effectively and build stronger partnerships with those they serve. Most of all, I continue to learn from my clients and feel honored to be part of their journeys.
